THE AIM OF EDUCATION

Some starts talking about the problem of the system of education. And some that talk about the problem, is also a part of the problem.

Before talking about the system, we must be clear about what is education truly is. Education is not just about unravel the potential. It has its aim, according to its worldview. If the worldview in the mind of those that are responsible is these things, and in those who try to repair it is the same corrupted worldview, then no matter how it is modified, the result will be pretty much the same.

What is education? What is the aim of education? And why education is important? Again, if you are a student in universities that should play your role in understanding all of this, but instead you are busy in participating in politics, you will not have time in thinking about of these problems and its correct solution.

I'm not saying you should not care about anything.I'm saying that you should know your own place and your priorities. There are scholars that understood all of these. And you have great responsibilities in understanding their great work.

Understanding what the learned say on the matter of education is very important before we try to give our own views. Perhaps there are major error in our view that we do not know of.

The aim of education is producing a good person. We go to universities to get education, not to get job. And many that criticize education is also part of the problem themselves as they are the product of modernity.

The matter of education and knowledge is a very serious business. It requires a lot of effort.

At least,we must understand education philosophically and understand what is secularization as a philosophical programme is all about. We must understand our own religion,we must understand our own self and we must, a students in universities, understand islam and the challenge of modernity.

We have a lot of work to do.It take years of serious effort and attention. No time for politics.
